General Contractor - Snipes Homes and Construction™ is a Georgia licensed Contractor.  We have been involved in Historic Savannah restoration, rehabs, remodels, roofing, land development and services related to construction for over ten years.  Working in Savannah's Historic District involves specific knowlege and management to work within the strict Historics guildlines of the Savannah’s Metropolitan Planning Commission.  Permitting and working with current code standards while protecting uniquely historic architectural features is our job.  Moreover, recognizing different types, styles and eras and having the contacts and custom craftsmen so to recreate and duplicate fine historic details are key.
